But I do remember a punk in AIT playing Rebel Rebel over and over and over at Ft Leonard Wood in the summer of 1974 with that snazzy guitar hook right up front.
He was a professional for sure.

Saw him live in '73, '74 and '76... a fantastic entertainer, innovator and - from what I gather - a genuinely nice human being. RIP , my wife and I regret we didn't see him perform in the mid-90s, as well.
