No matter which angle you come in at, it always ends up the same way: a large percentage of the population encourages criminality in the controlling class and nobody knows what to do about it.
So I guess you just let it run it's course and hope that eventually some how it will all just stop, and you and your's will avoid being harmed in the process.
Helluva life, no?
