This would actually be more effective if you'd used the right capital.
The Capitol is the building in which the legisltature sits. Thus, Capitol Hill.
A capital is the chief seat of government of a political entity. Thus, a state capital, etc.
I do not mean to be picky, but...posts about ignorance need avoid displaying one's own.
