Is that your mother? What a great shot. Beautiful woman.

I could study that photo for a very long time. Where's her purse? Is the person taking the photo holding it or does she not need a purse? And if not, where's her money? In her bra? Or is the person holding the camera going to take care of the cab fare? Look at how well her skirt fits, not too tight, not too loose. What a beauty!

The two men in the background are wearing hats but the guy walking across the street could have come from today.

And that cab is going so fast it's blurred in the camera. There's just so much to this. Gerard, can you tell us any more about this photo?

Alex, it's an intentional shot like a fashion photo. She is posed without purse and so on. Still a nice looking girl.

When I look at my HS pictures from the late 50's and my wifes from 61 I feel a real sense of loss.
