At the same time (heh!), we are always on the edge of the universe because the universe is expanding everywhere. No matter which direction from earth we turn our instruments, data show that the farthest reaches of the universe are the same distance away and are receding at the same rate.

So what is "beyond" the edge of the universe? Well, nothing. But .

Well, that comment didn't work.

I've heard it said that there is no time, that everything is only now. What you believe happened before or suppose will happen in the future, is only in mind/memory now.
And if you lose your mind, don't worry. You won't have anything anymore to worry with.
