The Woman Who Would Be First Daughter

Apparently she can get her points across better than her father...

I am not--NOT--trying to be mean here, but doesn't she look almost exactly like her father but with longer hair? Same long face; same sleepy, somewhat sad eyes...

Oh, she should be overwhelmingly ashamed of herself for wearing that (it is obvious she is not).

But shame is a lost tempering agent of behavior in today's world.

If she had appeared at Abu Ghraib it would have been considered torture.

How about in Penthouse? Still working there, bozzie, or did that change as well after your road to Damascus?

But yes, I agree with the above poster: shame doesn't seem to be working the way it used to these days.

Ancient history now.

Posted by Gerard Van der Leun at May 19, 2004 2:10 PM

Really? Ancient history? So, it wasn't only about a year ago that you, the guardian of all that is good and right in America, were posting pictures of mannikin-like women pissing on each other and pretending they were enjoying themselves? And didn't this end only when you lost your job? And didn't you spend years and years doing this?

It's doubtful that the clueless Miss Kerry thought to flash-test her garment before stepping out at Cannes. I know from embarrassing personal experience that the camera reveals much more than the mirror.

However, with this post, American Digest has aptly "exhibited the taste, style, judgment" of a website consciously willing to stoop to adolescent levels of impropriety in its zeal to discredit the hapless victim and the party it so rapturously opposes.

Penthouse "ancient history?" Transparently not.

You use a lot of big words, why dont you go to some liberal site and not waste our time. Who cares about his old job everybody has to work. I care about the message not the messanger and the message is Kerrys are bowwows!

>You use a lot of big words, why dont you go to some liberal site

Ha! I love that. "We doesn't want know smart people here, go hang around with them smart librals!"

Big words doesn't mean you're makin' sense but nice try, cause you're a bowwow too, or maybe a cow like Michael Moore, BEEF.

Posted by Floyd Jackson at May 20, 2004 3:00 PM

Whereas, unlike Moore, all conservatives are slim and attractive. Boy, intelligent debate doesn't get any better than this, does it?

I just think it's swell that Van der Leun is making such nice new friends. Getting in touch with his volkish side for a while now, he has been. And I'm sure he's just overflowing with the milk of human kindness for them, and won't ever end up mocking and alienating them. Because, after all, the real problem was always in his friends' liberalism and related failings; it certainly had nothing to do with Gerard himself.

or is "Floyd" another alternate personality?

p.s. i notice the most recent offerings have no comments box. how odd.

Hey, having the courage of one's convictions isn't really necessary, especially if one is totally lacking in character in the first place.
