OK, enough is enough.
What a lot of people today are calling conservatism is anything but.
"Fashionable" conservatism, which is not conservatism at all, started morfing from traditional conservatism some 30 years ago or so.
Traditional conservatism still means what it always has no matter how many misfits of society claim otherwise - THEY receive no sanction.
Just because a boy lets others ride his hershey highway doesn't mean he's happy go lucky even though he pretends to be until he kills himself.

The Civil Rights acts destroyed the right to associate with others as we see fit. As they destroyed this right none of the law is Constitutional as it violates personal rights that were recognized earlier. Humphrey needed and received numerous republican votes to pass this miserable piece of legislation. Conservatives were going bad long before a mere 30 years ago. It is time to trash these illegal forgeries for what they are...unconstitutional progressive pipedreams.

The very starting point you claim, is invalid because "rights" cannot be bestowed as they are inherent from birth.
