Smokey the Bearer serves as teacher to the witless and witness to the wonder. As mother of us all, she bears our insults and iniquities with her patient, healing scrutable smile.
When she spanks we're wise to learn and give her thanks.
The Buddha in bare skin bearskin has nothing to hide, abiding in truth. To be human is to be Buddha in form, though some choose to be so in deform.
