Funny photo of truck with snowplow clearing brass, although I get the point. Empty brass recently got $2/pound at the local recycle facility. Brass and lead from the gun range I work at brings a good source of revenue. Dirty lead (lead, copper, brass and a host of other floor sweepings) is bringing around $.30/lb. We had to lock up the outside bin where we put the lead when removed from the range because locals were stealing it.
