Thanks for the Vanderlanche! It's a poor essay, for all that. I need to unpack it even more, because it's not like I'm surrounded by BAD people, I'm surrounded by people who have been badly informed, betrayed by their schools and colleges, and yet they want to do good things for others-- and are ultimately hampered by the need to get things organized so that nothing falls by the wayside. Over burdened, they lash out at the perceived fault: the need for order. It's non-linear existence, such as a family would provide and a State entity simply cannot function that way.

This may really be true. I have read that native Africans who use the local small plane services in Africa to fly from place to place will look into the cockpit to make sure the pilot is a "European" (white) before taking off. The local native pilots have a terrible record of crashes and mistakes.
