The Battle Hymn of the Republic

Watching CSPAN feed of motorcade (no commentary) and played this video/audio as I watched, it was perfect (even for a heathen like me). Then at the exact moment the song ended Pres. Trump's (man that feels good to type) limo stopped for him to get out and walk a ways. Freakin' awesome (sue me for using that term)...

Fly high. Don't give them the time of day. If you are compelled to respond to them say simply, "Pussy, shut the fuck up.", and move on.

Let them cry alone. Marginalize them.

They are addicted to attention, as little kids always are, it's all about them. Vacate their asses and force them to acknowledge it's all about you.

Remember, "Pussy, shut the fuck up."

Remember when Obama said the mooslem call to prayer in the morning was the most beautiful sound in the world? Oh no, this is it, the MTC singing the Battle Hymn of the Republic.

MTC always sounds like they are just putting it on. I don't sense any faith there.

The Wrongs, in their perverseness, thought the rest of us could be controlled like computer programs.
But we are more than biological cause/effect mechanisms; we are spirits expressing ourselves through our bodies. Our nature goes far beyond Asimov's Three Laws of Robotics.c

Our nature is of an immaterial sort composed of morality, courage, kindness, and gratitude. When any of these qualities are insufficient for the situation, we gain through effort, their fuller attainment.

Back in the 1960s when I was in high school, this was always the closing song for the Iowa High School All-State Festival every year. Made up of quartets from schools that had to audition, the mass chorus had the audience on its feet. For me, this has been akin to The Messiah---once you learn it you never forget it!

Down here we hear the Battle Hymn about once every 4 years.
