I live 3100 miles from DC and I can see stupidity from here.

I'd call imagination, intuition, dreaming, thinking ESPs.
That's how Kekule got the benzene ring, Einstein his theory of relativity, B Fuller his Bucky balls, ...

The Russians (fools Rushin where Anglos fear to tread) looked in the wrong part of the ESP domain -- they got beetless borscht and we got the A-bomb.
How do lost dogs travel 100's of miles finding their way home?
Do most fish and sea mammals wander aimlessly or do they reed rowed signs left by buoys and girls?
Uh-oh. Here comes the hot hamburger for its place on the roll that I'm on.

I had a very brief job earlier this year translating documents by some Russians whose paranormal research for the FSB got them targeted for assassination when they refused to do anymore work for them. After hearing what they'd suffered in Moscow, and reading the book about it, I decided that being a baker was safer...almost.

The Russians gotta have reasons why their country is such failure, and ESP provides a good excuse; it's something they can't understand, like capitalism.

Because Lord knows, they can't very well blame Communism...
