"And your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams" -- Acts 2:17

Crying shame that today's males (not men) need to learn this stuff off the web isn't it?

Why didn't their fathers and other relatives and peers teach them this stuff?

Oh that's right, from about 1978 til now everyone has been on that downward decline where if you fend for yourself and act like an individual you are to be shunned.

If you haven't been punched hard in the face by the time you're about 15 you'll most likely grow up to be a eunuch and when you do finally get punched in the face as an adult it will almost kill you due to lack of familiarity and miniscule testosterone.

Reading how to be a man is like reading how to fuck, it ain't the same thing, not even close.

John Wayne and Clint Eastwood would never play video games. Not against each other nor in private.

'Tis a manly ship with a manly crew.

Why didn't their fathers and other relatives and peers teach them this stuff?

Because not everybody had a father, ghost. Increasingly because of "feminism" and moreso because of the feminization of the culture, young boys and men have never encountered an older man to watch and emulate.

I never had a father because of WWII, and there were no other men around because the women who had charge of me wouldn't allow it.

Growing up was a bitch, and I'm still at it. But the culture of the '40s and '50s, essentially before television, made it apparent that there were better things to do than be a sissy, so there was plenty of inspiration. Kids today (anybody under 60) learned the world off a fucking tube, and sat with an open frontal lobe in passive wonder while all that shit was just poured into it.

Orwell described perfectly a world where thought was the enemy and surrender was the order of the day.

He was right.

Kill your television.

This is a good start. I've discovered that it isn't that hard to throw the BS flag on political correctness or glowbull wormening nonsense, or any other such "received wisdom" of the left. Once the spell is broken, it can't be recovered easily. I liken it to Ceausescu on his balcony giving his last speech (easy to find on YouTube etc., so I won't link to it). So yes, break the spell, call BS on the left, and be a man.

The Warmists are like those other apocalyptic sects that boldly predict the End Times, even giving an exact year, which we rightly deride.

Here's a quote I've always loved and admired, from a true alpha male:

"Pain or damage don't end the world, or despair or fuckin' beatins'..
The world ends when you're dead.
Until then, you got more punishment in store.
Stand it like a man.
And give some back."

~Al Swearengen Deadwood S.2, E.6

Get a better example than John Wayne. The big sissy just delivered someone else's bullshit, poorly.

Let's not forget male logical thinking. Men think differently than women,a fact that has produced the best of civilization. The Vinegaroons of Feminism cannot compete with logic. It's what hones their bitterness.

"Men think differently than women..."
And cat's are different from dogs.

There ya go!
If you don't understand those 2 facts exactly you'll not get anywhere with them in no time flat.

Back in my day doods didn't talk about such things, you had to learn on your own. I had to go through about 7 ho's before I found my keeper.

Guess what?
Keepers aren't found in bars or other social places. The ones in those places are throw aways, meant for using and losing and hopefully learning.

Keepers pop up out of nowhere and in the most unlikely places. You'll know a keeper as soon as you see it, it ain't like anything else.

Next week it will be 34 years that I've been wearing my keepers ball n chain.

I'm probably better off for it.

The poem at the top is colloquialization of Tennyson's Ulysses. The original wording is much better, after all, it was Tennyson. The spirit of the poem is something that every young boy and girl should have shown to them. The last stanza is "M's" quote in the bond movie SOUTHALL.

Skyfall, not Southall. Auto correct sucks .

A man received the following text from his neighbor:
I am so sorry Bob. I’ve been riddled with guilt and I have to confess. I have been tapping your wife, day and night when you’re not around.
In fact, more than you. I’m not getting any at home, but that’s no excuse. I can no longer live with the guilt and I hope you will accept my sincerest apology with my promise that it won’t happen again.
The man, anguished and betrayed, went into his bedroom, grabbed his gun, and without a word, shot his wife and killed her.
A few moments later, a second text came in: Damn autocorrect. I meant wifi not wife
