I did some scuba diving in the Batangas, Anilao area of the Philippines about a decade and a half ago. Caves shallow and deep, down to 150' produced plenty of adventure. Clear water, beautiful coral and plentiful aquatic life was everywhere.Although the deeper one dives, the lesser the view. At 200' most things look blue or brown.
