Get the Gummin the hell out of the Health insurance bidness. Let it be If you want health insurance, you but it, if you don't don't buy it.
You be surprised how cheap it is to deal with the Doctor on a cash basis.
The Gummint doesn't like that because they can't collect taxes, otherwise they don't care if you live or die.
