Around these parts the "Woodchuck" is a small commerce that produces 10 lb packages of locally created meats of all varieties at the lowest prices. Last week I got 20 lbs of ribs at $.99/lb. Threw 1lb in the InstantPot and the rest were repackaged and put in the freezer. Mmmmmmm.....
