When it comes to hiring an employee attitude is far more important than aptitude.
Aptitude can be overcome with learning and experience.
A shitty attitude is almost impossible to overcome.
The former is external and the latter is internal.
A shitty attitude can usually be rectified with a crack on the side of the head. Absent that, just don't hire the misfit.

The slimes of our times, imposing themselves on the sane, caused the invocation of Asimov's First Law of Robotics, and Trump, the unpredicted black swan.
It's now we, the soulful robots, against the soulless asinine automata, the Wrongs.
