Building and zoning codes have banned most of that stuff.
Is it worse for a genetically flawed kid to be killed at an early by it's own stupidity than to grow up and kill you and others?
The flip side is that if you learn how to maneuver the trials of life when young you are better able to take on more serious challenges later in life, ie., fewer snowflakes.
Over coddle when they are young and they will become mentally hobbled for life.
