Storming the Cockpit

Well said!

Excise the rot.

Death comes knocking and you laugh in its face and say "Let's roll". I only wish I could be so witty and cavalier when you face the elephant.

Your analogy is very apt: well done.

I was thinking @ Todd Beamer the other day; I guess I'm flying too much, with three trips within a month's time. I was thinking @ how bored the TSA are with their inept selves, and what that must feel like. Beamer did more for our air security, going forward, than the whole TSA organization ever has. He, in essence, deputized every able bodied American male and it's my belief that the Hadji know it.

Is there any doubt that the progs see themselves as jihadis? Of course they do! Before that, they were all Sandinistas, and before that they were Che. Before that, they were Wobblies, and before that, they were Bolsheviks. I got no Earthly use for them; bunch of losers!

I wish I could find whoever drained the life out of that Lincoln quote and slap him upside the head.

This is what Lincoln actually said:

"If destruction be our lot, we must ourselves be its author and finisher. As a nation of freemen, we must live through all time, or die by suicide."

January 27, 1838; "Address Before the Young Men's Lyceum of Springfield, Illinois"; Speeches and Writings, Volume I, page 29; Collected Works, Volume I, page 109; originally in Sangamo Journal, February 3, 1838.
