Of course, if you can't stand the winter in Seattle, there's always Florida, Mississippi or Louisiana. Even Texas. That is, if you don't mind the late summer and fall there.

Here in Missouri (Misery--counting the days until I can move back home), we've been near drought status for ever so long. I MISS the rain.
