For Today

Be afraid? Be very afraid? You don't scare me.

Wait. You do scare me. But only because if you are working on something big it is sure to be more humility for the rest of us Constitutionalist bloggers. Of course, that means much more suffering for the merchants of mediocrity as you shotgun their balloon clouds of blather.

No pain, no gain. Write on, Gerard.

Many long years ago -- before I began my slow, steady decline into punditry -- I read a few advising that we return to the halcyon days of a shame culture. Well, these days we've learned what that can lead to.

I say we return to a responsibility culture. That we hold people responsible for their actions. No exceptions, no excuses. You lie, you're responsible. You steal, you're responsible. You give false counsel, you are responsible.

No exceptions, no excuses.

No passing the buck.

Alan, you have the best ideas. Responsibility period. So simple and so perfect, and SO alien to the modern liberal mind.

Teaching children to say "I did it" is the beginning. And not an easy one. It's tough to be strict with an adorable two foot tall clone of yourself who made some silly childish mistake. But consider the speed with which they become 15 year old rebels with an attitude, and then 35 year olds with L.A. Times columns. Or Presidents with an intern problem.

God bless and help all the parents trying to raise good kids in this poisonous culture.

Gerard,
Really want to do something for all of us? Get on a plane to Durham NC right now.

"Bonfire" is 19 years old - the new one is waiting with INTERNET connections. The "support the victim" website posted photos and all personal info on every team member, all info on their families. 2 indicted are the most affluent,{what are the odds they are registered Republicans?}
this is after original testimony of V that gave 3 other names.

Opportunity here for you to catch Jessie/Al or their NC clone race baiting big time - and you know all the tech details to find out who sponsored that site.

Stripper #2 backing away from original tales. Photos show fake nails missing from V on arrival.

Gosh this is like a Huey Long tale also.

With your mastery of descriptive prose - I get nice chill just thinking of what you could create.

Please consider it.
