It's wonderful to have such selection. I've not been to Seattle, but I did a few tours in NYC, Boston, and many of the little college towns that are every 20 miles or so in New England. Here, we have the obsequious Starbuck's and the very occasional college town. Since I have a 'tude about Starbucks and can't always make the 35 mi. run to the college town, I do most of the grindin' and steamin' right over there on the counter. My fantasy is gun shop/library/coffee house. Sort of TR's Sagamore Hill meets Falling Waters. Taxidermy, big fireplaces, hardware ev'r where. .300 Blackout espresso, a Holland & Holland double shot...sorry, once again I digress

Sounds like great fun.
I love coffee and have been drinking it since I was 6 mos. old. My granddad used to fed it to me. He liked the faces I made. Perhaps that is why I can remember things that happened when I was only months old.
