The idea is to eliminate the basis of culture, which rests on the categories of "husband," "father," and "warrior." The Times will not be satisfied until all barriers to perpetual adolescence are removed and -- even more importantly -- no institutons for the achievement of manhood exist.

So, did you examine the metrics the study is based on? I'm betting that all those 15 year old girls included don't have much say in the matter of being married at this point.
Else we'd have heard the big indignancy about 'child brides'.
