All I Want for Christmas is About a Dozen of These

Get someone to read it to you slowly, and notice that they are specifically intended for use inside enclosed greenhouses containing large volumes of growing plants, not in the open environment. Then please do buy 12 of them, install them as directed in an enclosed space, and go stand in it. It will certainly be, as you predict, educational. Good for the environment, too.

Well said Kevin. There is also fairly good evidence that plants force-fed CO2 actually produce less of the nutritious stuff that we eat vegetables for, and a heck of a lot more water gets forced into their tissues. In other words, what you get is bigger, and possibly better-looking, veggies with less nutrition. Triumph of looks over substance. Should go down a storm in America.

Incidentally, the same applies to veggies grown with artificial fertilisers vs. organically. Probably applies to GM veg, too.

Touchy, touchy, Kevin. The point is not to kill myself, but to kill the entire human race by doing what I can to raise the sea level 15,000 feet. I just want to make the Earth safe for the giant squid.

If you were a right-thinking environmentalist you'd be ordering a gross.
