21 23! Things You Can't Say About Obama: Riffing on Rush Limbaugh's Things You Can't Say About Obama

Can't talk about how in July 2004 he said of the war, “There’s not that much difference between my position and George Bush’s position,” or that in November 2004 he told Charlie Rose, “Once we go in, then we’re committed.... [O]nce the decision was made, then we’ve got to do everything we can to stabilize the country, to make it successful, because we’ll have too much at stake in the Middle East. And that’s the position that I continue to take." (Source.)

On the other hand, You may ask Commissar Obama for permission to eat another peanut butter sandwich. Or for permission to change your thermostat. Or send to know what Michelle is smokin' or..or..

-We can't talk about Obama's patriotism because wearing a flag lapel-pin or holding his hand over his heart during the anthem doesn't actually portray his personal level of said patriotism.

Uhh..Senator? What is that in your lapel?

-We can't talk about his deep understanding of the common working-class guy even though "arugula" isn't a common term in most households.

-We can't talk about his use of Christian symbology in his campaign ads because only superstitious nutheads like Dubya believe in God.

-We can't talk about his two million dollar house or four million dollar earnings last year because the GOP is the party of the rich.

-We can't talk about his disdain for rural folks because Bush's economic failures are what led those people to bitterly embrace guns and religion.

-We can't talk about his plan to send U.S. troops into Pakistan; its the righty NeoCons who start wars.

Uff Da, my fingers are sore from typing and there is still so much to add.

Nice.

"First there is no mountain, than there is a mountain, then there...."

I think that should be:

"First there is a mountain, than there is no mountain, then there is...."

Obama's trouble with his ears comes down to the fact that, unlike Dumbo, he has yet to achieve flight.

He wasn't supposed to say this of Obama, but he did.

Victor Davis Hanson predicts that " . . when this is all said and done, Barack Obama will prove the most racially–manipulative national figure we’ve seen in our lifetime."
