Sadly, it is not the world Caesar Obama wants to tax, but the world he wants to support with our taxes.
Remember the United Nation's idea to tax citizens of "rich" countries and ship the money to petty despots; and also to the incompetent elementary-school class president wannabees running the less repressive dingy corners of the world?
Remember that Obama never heard of a tax he didn't like, nor a mess anywhere he didn't think the U.N. should wallow in?
